Wireless Condition Monitoring System (CMS) Detection and prevention of catastrophic machine failure is paramount in today's economic climate. With cost effective Wireless Condition Monitoring System (CMS) those potential machine failures can be easily detected and avoided.
Wireless CMS negate the need for routine manual data collection or costly wired installations used for continuous monitoring. The wireless vibration and temperature sensors simply transmit the machines data and status to a wireless in-the-field receiver.
How a Wireless System Works Machine data, trends and alarm conditions are simply monitored by the wireless transmitter (sensor) mounted directly onto the asset. The data is then transmitted wireless to a receiver mounted within a 300m range of the transmitter. Each receiver can accommodate up to 60 transmitters at a time.
The receiver processed the data and communicates the information to a dedicated server/PC.
